Where permission to use a copyrighted article is not logical or obtainable, the "Fair Use" principles outline by Stanford University are followed.

The problem with all written material in today's world is obtaining an unadulterated copy for reproduction.  Many websites have posted
unapproved articles that have been altered from the original and others have recopied the same omissions, alteration & mistakes.
